Mexico Summer Trip
With the struggling economy I've felt fortunate that my business as a fishing guide is still doing well and I'm fishing when others are left waiting for the phone to ring, thanks to our many repeat customers. However, I have some self inflicted time off this year as I've headed to Mexico with my daughter Savannah for over two weeks of surfing and much needed relaxing. I'll be traveling to California in August with Savannah as she competes with the USA Team at Huntington Beach for nine days and then it's off to Cape Hatteras for the Eastern Competitions in September for a week. The time off is welcome and much enjoyed as I get to surf with my daughter and spend time doing something I love to do, but I worry about the gas prices and watching many of my peers go out of business or look for suplimental income has me and my wife Captain Gina concerned for the industry and our business.

My Wife Captain Gina
Gina has been updating her website with activities near our Cocoa Beach home. She's enjoyed some days out fishing with friends and has managed to top some of her personal fishing records. During July she caught and released her biggest snook while fishing with me.

While the summers here and the fall approaches Gina is spending more time with the kids surfing, beachcombing and setting fishing charters with our customers. I AM the most fortunate husband to have a spouse that spends time with our family and business and myself.

This little one is not gonna let anything get by her. Mekenzie sews, crafts, has chickens, gardens, loves to cook, surf, swim and play.
